Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Eclipse
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- -- Soda water
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Eclipse, lemon juice, simple syrup and shake
- Strain into a glass filled with ice
- Top up with soda water
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
