Ingredients
- 2 oz Eclipse
- 30 g of Frozen Strawberries
- 125 g of Fresh Strawberry
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Lime juice
- Place the frozen strawberries, simple syrup, lime juice and Eclipse in a blender
- Blitz until all strawberries are blitzed
- Pour into glasses
- Garnish with fresh strawberries
