Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Eclipse
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 2 oz Soda water
- -- Sparkling Wine
- Combine all ingredients (except for sparkling wine) over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake
- Strain into a coupe
- Top up with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a lime peel
