- 1.5 barspoon of Honey
- -- Juice of half lemon
- -- Champagne
- In a metal shaker combine the honey and rum
- Stir until honey has dissolved
- Add lemon
- Shake vigorously with ice
- Strain into champagne flute
- Top with chilled Prosecco/Champagne
