A sophisticated twist on the Margarita, the Rum Rita combines Mount Gay Eclipse, Cointreau and fresh lime juice for a vibrant and refreshing serve. Savor a smooth, citrusy and perfectly balanced drink!
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Eclipse
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave syrup
- Cut a lime and rub edges of glass with it
- Dip the glass in a plate with salt
- Add all ingredients in a shaker and shake for 20s
- Strain in a margarita glass and garnish with a lime wedge
