Does this experience include a tour of the distillery?

A tour of the distillery is not included in the experience.

Does this tour include transportation?

Yes, transportation is included.

Do you collect from private residences?

No, we do not collect from private homes, only west and coast hotels and select villas.

Are childern allowed?

Yes, but they must be accompanied by a parent. This is a shared experience, so children are not permitted to run around during the tour.

How will we be collected?

All guests are collected by the shared shuttle service called Prestige tours.

Are the stairs included on the tour?

Yes, the tasting area is upstairs, but we can accommodate persons unable to use the stairs.

Is the tour indoor or outdoor?

This experience is held indoors.

What time should we arrive for our tour?

All guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the start of their tour for smooth check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 2 days before the start are eligible for a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued after that time.

In the event of force majeure, Mount Gay Distillery reserves the right to close the facility. Should the Visitor Center close and a tour or activity be canceled, the cost of the tour ticket will be refunded, or the tour can be rescheduled. Mount Gay Distillery reserves the right to cancel or delay tours at any time due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance.
