From mixing and muddling to shaking and stirring, you'll get a hands-on experience crafting iconic rum cocktails at the Mount Gay Cocktail Workshop. This includes learning their history, enjoying a tasting of four rums, and creating two of your own cocktails.
No, we do not collect from private homes, only west and coast hotels and select villas.
Are children/babies allowed on the tour?
No, children are not allowed on the distillery tour. All guests must be 18 years or older. No exceptions.
What is the drinking age?
The legal drinking age is 18+ years.
Are the stairs included on the tour?
Yes, the tasting area is upstairs, but we can accommodate persons unable to use the stairs
Does this tour see the distillery?
A tour of the distillery is not included in this experience.
Is the tour indoor or outdoor?
This experience is held indoors.
What time should we arrive for our tour?
All guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the start of their tour for smooth check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 2 days before the start are eligible for a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued after that time.
In the event of force majeure, Mount Gay Distillery reserves the right to close the facility. Should the Visitor Center close and a tour or activity be canceled, the cost of the tour ticket will be refunded, or the tour can be rescheduled. Mount Gay Distillery reserves the right to cancel or delay tours at any time due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance.
