By forming partnerships with grassroots NGOs, we address food security and social protection. Our Mount Gay Farmer’s Market provides local producers a platform to feed neighbouring communities, while supporting education on responsible consumption.

Objective 2: Learning and Development for All Employees

We foster a culture of growth through on-the-job training, scholarships, internships, and partnerships with tertiary institutions such as the University of the West Indies. This empowers our employees and strengthens our community’s talent pool.

Objective 3: Health, Safety, and Wellness Initiatives

We are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment by ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, offering wellness allowances, and providing employee assistance programmes.

Objective 4: Gender Equality and Leadership Representation

Mount Gay is proud to champion diversity and inclusivity, with over 50% representation of women in leadership positions and an ongoing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion campaign focused on gender equality and equal pay.
