20ml / 0.75oz ginger syrup

4.5ml / 1.5oz mint green tea

Thin ginger slice, mint leaf & thick slice of grapefruit

Add all ingredients over ice cubes in a tumbler glass

Stir with a bar spoon

Top up with cold green mint tea
