Ingredients
- 1.5 oz XO
- 1 Bar spoon of Brown Sugar
- 4 Dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 Orange zest
- Place the sugar in a tumbler glass and add the Angostura bitters
- Muddle to dissolve the sugar
- Add a large ice cube
- Pour 50ml of Mount Gay XO
- Stir with a cocktail spoon until well chilled
- Brush the edge of the glass with the orange zest and place it in the glass
