2 tea spoons honey

1 whole lemon

Nutmeg

Cinnamon & white sugar

Boiling water

Rim glass with sugar and cinnamon.

To a heat resistant cup or glass, add 50 ml Mount Gay XO, two teaspoons honey , juice of half lemon , 1/2 lemon rind, add sprinkle of nutmeg.

Stand cinnamon stick in the cup.

Top with boiling water and stir.
