Add a twist to your classic minty cocktail by using Mount Gay Eclipse — you won't go back!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Eclipse
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 Tea spoon of Granulated sugar
- 1 Handful of Small mint leaves
- -- Soda Water
- Add the lime juice, sugar and mint to a glass and muddle.
- Once muddled, add a good handful of crushed ice and pour over the rum.
- Stir the mixture with a long handled spoon and top with soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
