XO is carefully matured between 5 and 17 years in 3 types of casks: American whiskey, bourbon and cognac casks; giving the blend a unique and complex aromatic profile.
Best served neat, XO delivers flavours of salted caramel, baked fig, clove and dark chocolate.

Tasting Advice
XO is the perfect sipping rum and can be enjoyed neat or over ice. We also recommend it in our signature cocktail, Coco Hill: XO poured over a large coconut water ice cube. Delicious!
