Ingredients
- 2 oz Mount Gay Silver
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 10 Mint leaves
- 2 oz Soda water
- Place limes and simple syrup with mint in the bottom of a glass
- Lightly press down on the fruit with a muddler until juice is extracted
- Add Silver
- Add ice and stir to combine
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with mint and lime
