We will take a tour around the grounds and inside the factory, as we explore the history and process of Mount Gay Rum, followed by a tasting of three of our Signature Blends.

Where is the distillery located?
The Distillery tour is held in the north of the island, in the parish of St Lucy. This is not the Visitor Center in Bridgetown, St Michael.
What is the dress code?
All tops must cover the arms (e.g., T-shirts, polos, or long-sleeve tops), and protective footwear must be worn (e.g., sneakers or crocs).
Who does the dress code apply to?
The dress code applies to all persons on the property, both male and female.
What if I do not have the correct clothes for the tour?
Guests not meeting the dress requirements may rent shoes for a fee; T-shirts will also be available for purchase.
Are children/babies allowed on the tour?
No, children are not allowed on the distillery tour. All guests must be 18 years or older. No exceptions.
Does the tour include transportation?
No, transportation is not included in the experience.
Does this tour have a lot of walking?
Yes, this experience contains a lot of walking and standing. There is no seating available on the tour path. This experience is not advised for persons with mobility issues.
Is the distillery location wheelchair accessible?
No, the distillery is not wheelchair accessible.
Is the tour indoor or outdoor?
The tour includes both indoor and outdoor sections. Please note that the outdoor portion may be affected by weather.
Is there a restaurant onsite?
No, food is not available on site. Please eat before your arrival or plan your day accordingly.
What time should I arrive for the tour?
All guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the start of their tour for smooth check-in.
How much walking is on the tour?
This tour is not recommended or suitable for persons with mobility issues, expecting mothers, and is not wheelchair accessible. This experience includes about 1 mile of walking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 2 days before the start are eligible for a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued after that time.
In the event of force majeure, Mount Gay Distillery reserves the right to close the facility. Should the Visitor Center close and a tour or activity be canceled, the cost of the tour ticket will be refunded, or the tour can be rescheduled. Mount Gay Distillery reserves the right to cancel or delay tours at any time due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance.
